Novex Polypack is fully aware of the necessity for an effective hygiene policy to satisfy the requirements of companies involved in the Food, Chemical and Pharmaceutical Sectors.
Our food grade PP Woven Bags are manufactured from 100% polypropylene and where applicable are supplied with LDPE/LLDPE inner liners approved by the food and pharmaceutical industry. FIBC’s are produced in an ISO 8 clean room commissioned to the highest hygiene standards. Prior to production, the CLEAN ROOM is empty until reaching ISO 8 steady-state conditions.
We have High-tech equipment ensures that FIBC Bags are produced to satisfy our customer’s demands.
- Ultrasonic cutting equipment and vacuum systems to prevent loose thread contamination.
- Sewing machines fitted with heat-sealing cutting units.
- Metal detection equipment.
Our quality control process consists of three steps:
- Material inspection and testing
- Process inspection and testing
- Final quality control
In the final stage of production, and prior to palletizing, every FIBC Bag is inspected by quality control staff to ensure that all features comply with the customer’s specifications. Our employees are trained to understand and to work according to the food and pharma grade FIBC Bag standards. All employees receive documented training on hygienic standards and we continuously upgrade our production facility to achieve the highest standards.
All components in contact with the customer’s product are 100% pure, virgin PP
- Use of recycled materials are strictly prohibited.
- Material Migration Test Reports comply to European Regulation 1935/2004 and 2002/72/EC European directive, including its last regulation, 10/2011. All are available.
- All lubricants used in food grade production zones comply to FDA regulations.
- All workplaces in production zones are made of stainless steel.
- FIBC’s / FIBC Bag are passed into magnetic detectors (ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel detectable).
- Air supplied to the inside of the blown film is filtered by HEPA H13 filters.
All FIBC Bags can be manufactured as Food or Pharma Grade upon request.
The raw materials, films and fabrics used in the production of Food or Pharma Grade FIBC Bags are approved by relevant authorities. Metal detection and extra cleaning processes are applied to these bags in order to prevent foreign particles inside the bag. Loose threads and tapes and excess lamination parts are prevented from getting inside the bags. All folding’s and hot or cold cut parts of fabrics are outside of the bags.
